Tips for Success
To make the most out of your treatment, carefully follow Dr. Frial’s instructions. You may need to wear elastics (rubber bands). It is imperative you wear them as instructed to correct your bite.
At each appointment at our Laguna Niguel orthodontic office, we’ll review proper brushing technique to get in between the braces and wires as well as brush the gums. We also educate on how to floss with braces. With appropriate technique, the braces should look shiny and Invisalign aligners should stay clear. Proper care of your braces and appliances can help make your treatment go smoothly and may even shorten your treatment.

Have fun with your braces! Show school spirit by choosing school colors for your elastic ties. You can even choose colors for your favorite sports team or holiday. We also offer Invisalign for teens. Remember, whatever orthodontic appliances you choose, it is not forever. Ultimately, orthodontics does more than straighten your teeth—it creates a healthier, happier you.
