Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. While we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, we respectfully request that patients give a 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Insurance

While we strive to provide the most accurate insurance information available, we cannot guarantee payment of benefits due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we can bill insurance companies for orthodontic benefits. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to provide assistance.
